COMING IN MAY 2020 - BACKPACKS/SUPPLY KITS

Beginning in May 2020, Positive Health Alliance will be providing backpacks and supply kits to patients of our local community clinics that are in need. Kits will include a backpack, personal hygiene items, and a few snacks. The PHA family is excited about starting this program and helping our community members get the items they need! Kits will be provided daily, but daily quantities may be limited.
